Jane Gardner

Hailing from downtown Toronto, Jane comes to the Ignite team as an experienced Coach, Mentor and Leader who is completely aligned with Firecircle’s mission to empower individuals to continually grow, evolve, and embrace the value they bring to the world.

She is a Certified Professional Coach, focusing on Leadership and Professional Development Coaching. Jane enjoys being able to create an impact by building meaningful and authentic connections with her clients. Her goal is to help others feel more energized, confident, and empowered as they continue on their path forward. In her role as a Coach and Mentor, she believes that empathy is her best superpower! Here at Firecircle, we have witnessed this first hand.

Prior to becoming a Coach, Jane spent almost 15 years in various corporate environments, including Investment Banking and Legal Services, with a focus on team engagement, performance management and leadership development.

Jane is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), Energy Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) and a COR.E Leadership Dynamics Specialist (CLDS) from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation, and holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the University of Guelph.
