Kim Jones

Kim joined Firecircle in January 2023 and is a wonderful, warm-hearted, dedicated mentor who brings decades of entrepreneurial experience, coaching, and mentoring to the Firecircle team.

Throughout her career, Kim has founded and operated more than ten companies, mostly in the interior design and building industry. She has hired and managed a 100+ employee base, directed 20-30 simultaneous projects, and a multi-million dollar rotating inventory.

During this time, Kim also took over sales at struggling companies and, in one case, increased sales by 300% in one year (from $2M to $6M). Kim is skilled in updating corporate images and product offerings, which has led to an average of 90% client retention over her 35-year career. She is focused on helping new entrepreneurs build a cohesive product, team, and profit.
